In particular, he has acted for and advised clients in matters relating to contentious probate and administration, equity and trusts, director’s duties, restraint of trade, construction claims, intellectual property and shareholders disputes.
A graduate of the University of Nottingham, Justin was called to the Singapore Bar in May 2003. He previously practiced with Drew & Napier LLC before joining Tito Isaac & Co LLP.
